As from the middle of the 20th century world pop started to grow immensely and will continue to develop in the same way for some 50-100 years on and after that the growth will stagnate.
The population growth development is based on the data we have so far. However, there are many factors that can influence the way in which the pop is growing. In future, the way of life will change and influence birth and death rate. Such factors are medicine, technology, economy, natural resources, political stability, etc. Future is not so predictable, and as the population decreased during the World Wars regardless of the estimations, some of these factors can bring either increase or decrease in the number of people.
